ILM: Also, it means you're getting known by the people who make these decisions. And like you say it's good company…
BRIAN: It blows my mind. I'm like, 'ok, you'd consider me alongside Timbaland?'
ILM: Your songs have great hooks and beats, and you've been vocal compared to JT and Daniel Bedingfield and Robin Thicke. How does that feel?
BRIAN: It's all good. I get a lot of Justin Timberlake. For a while now people have compared me vocally with people like George Michael, and these guys are awesome, and it's really cool to be compared to truly accomplished musicians like them, so I love it. I think it's great. Some musicians will say, 'I don't sound like anyone but myself,' but hey I think it's awesome; I'm flattered.
ILM: You secured a European label deal for Come And Get It and a top 20 hit in Spain within two weeks. Are you heading over to Europe in the near future?
BRIAN: I was just there and I've been looking at a couple of different labels in London. It depends what happens. I'd love to perform in the UK definitely. I'm not sure what's coming down the pipe, but I'd love to and I hope to very soon.
