BRIAN: The best thing about San Francisco is the food. You can't find good Italian food like that in LA. Guaranteed anywhere you go in San Francisco, you're going to get a good meal. The weather is the worst thing. Growing up and living there it's annoying because it rains all the time.
ILM: The UK is the same so I can relate to that.
ILM: Please describe your ideal night out and the friends you'd have with you, and also describe your perfect night in and the people you'd have share it with you.
BRIAN: I like to hang out and just go out and have a couple of drinks and relax with a bunch of friends. I like people and like to go where there's music around and surround myself with my friends and listen to good music when I go out. I really like food too. So if we go out to a bar/restaurant or something, it's just great to be surrounded by friends and food. I'm Italian, so that's my favourite thing to do when I go out …
ILM: Ooh that's the best kind of food too!
BRIAN: Yeah, it's pretty yummy. But staying in, you're going to laugh, but my favourite thing to do when I'm staying in is to bake cookies. I like to make chocolate chip cookies, I don't know why but it's therapeutic. That's what I do when I've had a long day, and I just want to chill out, I just make cookies.
ILM: Right, I'm coming round… stick that oven on…
